• No contact with minors, including online or through social media.

• Exclusion zones around all child-centered locations (schools, parks, churches, daycares, youth organizations).

• GPS electronic monitoring for defendants in cases involving children or vulnerable individuals.

• Immediate suspension of educator credentials upon indictment.

• Removal must be automatic, with no discretion.

• School districts must notify families promptly while protecting the child’s identity.

• An independent safety audit should be conducted immediately.

•  Mandatory training for all school staff on:
  • Grooming awareness
  • Professional boundaries
  • Trauma-informed response
  • Mandatory reporting laws

• Prohibition of unsupervised, off-campus interactions between school staff and students unless formally documented, approved, and monitored.

•  Specialized safeguards for students who depend on adults for communication or personal care.

•   Parents must receive clear, immediate communication.

• District hiring, training, reference checks, and supervision processes must be reviewed.

• Independent oversight should be required to prevent internal cover-ups or policy failures.

• A statewide Child Protection Bond Standard for anyone charged with sexual offenses involving minors.

• Stronger online-activity restrictions for defendants to prevent digital contact with children.

• Laws that classify all school staff, aides, contractors, and volunteers as positions of authority with higher accountability standards.

• Mandatory disclosure policies for districts when staff are charged with child-related offenses.
